After leaving school, I began a traineeship in business administration in my family’s business, where I learned from experienced mentors and built strong professional relationships.
As the business grew to more than 25 employees, I developed alongside it, starting in an entry-level role and progressing to General Manager. This gave me practical experience across all areas of business, including customer service, accounts, compliance, training, and day-to-day operations, supported by study and certifications.
I genuinely enjoy this work and understand the value of well-run, privately owned businesses – the people behind them, the challenges they face, and the important role they play in our communities.
